Bob is a graduate of the University of Alabama (B.A.), Harding School of Theology (M.A.R.), and Amridge University (M.Th.). He has done other graduate work at the University of North Dakota and Jacksonville State University, as well as studies in Clinical Pastoral Care from UAB Hospital. He has also served as a hospice chaplain, and prior to his ministry he was a Missile Combat Crew commander in the United States Air Force for four years.

He has taught at Southeast Institute of Evangelism, Appalachian School of Preaching, and Faulkner University Military Education Program. He wrote the introduction and edited Revelation Through First Century Glasses, by W. B. West, Jr. (Gospel Advocate Company, 1997). He has had articles published in many different periodicals, including the “All Things Considered” column in House to House/ Heart to Heart. He wrote a weekly newspaper column from 1983-2000. He has also recorded “One Gospel Minute” programs for the Gospel Broadcasting Network.

He and his wife Vicki have been married since 2011. He and his wife Sharon (deceased 2010), had three children, and 10 grandchildren. Vicki and Bob have a combined family of 6 children, 18 grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.

Josh is a graduate of Freed-Hardeman University (B.A.). Previously, Josh spent 9 1/2 years with the Morristown Church of Christ (TN) as their youth minister and later as the pulpit minister. He has also worked with congregations in Whiteville, TN, and New Concord, KY.

He has a passion for preaching and teaching the Gospel. He has spoken at various lectureships and Gospel meetings throughout Ohio, Virginia, Tennessee, and Kentucky. He has also participated in many mission campaigns in Germany, Thailand, Peru, Guatemala, and Ukraine.
